Following the meetings, once Nexus Consulting Group understand your criteria we review the market and produce a target list of off-market companies which will match the majority of your criteria.

After the target list has been approved by you, we start to make contact with the owners and shareholders of these companies. This contact is done on a no-name basis to ensure confidentiality, if the target is willing to progress, a mutual NDA will need to be signed by both parties .

To enter the meeting stage the NDA needs to be complete and the introductory meeting will be virtual. As the process progresses, face to face meetings will be become a necessity to ensure both parties get to know one another.

Getting to the stage of Due Diligence a Letter Of Intent (LOI) will be provided by you which outlines the offer an enables exclusivity. This stage of the process is where you will be reviewing all aspects of the target to ensure the information is correct and up to date.
